Memphis' 2019 FIGHT ON event is set for Saturday at Shelby Farms Park, according to a media release.

The event includes several fitness activities including: three different cycling distances 20, 40, and 60 miles, a 5K run and a 1-mile tribute walk. People who want an extra challenge can sign up for the 20-mile ride and the 5K run.

All money raised from the event will go towards cancer research and patient education, care and support at the University of Tennessee/West Institute for Cancer Research. Organizers of the event hope to raise $650,000, according to a media release.

The opening ceremony for cyclists starts at 6:45 a.m. There will also be live entertainment, brunch, vendors and kids' activities.
