After this past weekend's UFC 242 pay-per-view (PPV) event, we have a UFC fighter rankings update to pass along.

In the main event, UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov retained his strap with a third-round submission win over Dustin Poirier. Also, Paul Felder took home a razor-close decision win over Edson Barboza in the co-main event. The heavyweight rankings shook up with Curtis Blaydes' dominant win over Shamil Abdurakhimov.

Khabib remains atop the lightweight rankings, and second in the pound-for-pound rankings behind Jon Jones. However, Conor McGregor seems to have jumped up in the pound-for-pound rankings from 13 to 11, presumably after Poirier's five-spot drop. Check out the UFC fighter rankings update below.
