NEW DELHI: Apple will launch the 2019 iPhone 11 series tonight at its campus in Cupertino. While the names of the next iPhones are not yet confirmed, Apple is expected to launch three new iPhone models. These are likely to be named iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Apple is expected to launch the new iPhone 11 series in India in the first wave itself.
According to industry sources, all the three iPhone 11 models will be available on Paytm Mall starting September 20. Sources further reveal that Paytm Mall may offer a cashback offer of Rs 10,000 on all the three 2019 iPhone models.
As far as the pricing is concerned, it is expected that the most affordable iPhone of 2019 -- iPhone 11 -- to cost $749 for the base variant. As for the successors of iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max -- said to be called the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max -- the expected prices are listed to be $999 and $1099. In India, the prices will be more due to taxes and other tariffs.
The Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max will be the successor of the iPhone XS Max. It is expected to come with a triple-lens rear camera, a more powerful processors, wireless reverse charging and more. The iPhone 11 Pro is expected to come with a smaller screen but will be identical in specs and features when compared to the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
The Apple iPhone 11 is supposed to be the successor to the 2018's best-selling iPhone, the iPhone XR. It is expected that this iPhone will have a dual rear camera setup and feature an LCD display.
Apple is also expected to launch the new Watch Series 5 along with the HomePod Mini smart speaker powered by Siri.
